Description Sometimes, life as a robot can get a little lonely. Whether you’re a space station robot repairing radios or a home base robot who bakes birthday cakes, it’s always nice to have a companion who understands you.
Robo Buddies is the latest game from Duckie Deck, designed with fun-loving toddlers and preschoolers in mind. The challenge is to assemble a new friend for Bolt, the helpful robot. By uncovering each scene and finding the matching pieces, the player can unlock the parts needed to build a new robot buddy.
This game features: – Vibrant graphics – Fun sound effects – A friendly robot – A child-friendly user interface
The design of our app engages a kid’s attention and makes it easy for them to play independently. Our goal is for children to have fun while learning and developing their hand-eye coordination. Most importantly, this application is designed to be completely safe and to protect kids, therefore it has no additional payments or advertising.

Start by tapping the ‘play’ button. The screen displays a cute little robot called ‘Bolt’ in the bottom right corner. The aim of the game is to build a buddy robot for him. This is accomplished by scratching/rubbing the black square to reveal a picture. To the right of the picture (above the robot) there are three items. One of these items is contained in the larger picture, so the child must tap on the item which matches. After this is done three times, there is a reward of a robot piece, which must be dragged and dropped into place. There are five pieces to build the new robot – bow, head, body, arms and legs. After completing five rounds, Bolt has a new buddy!

I love the vivid graphics, fun sound effects and upbeat animation. This is a simple app, really suited to a toddler. It’s a tremendous way for the little ones to learn about puzzle building and matching. It gives them a sense of achievement as they independently complete the tasks. Everyone is happy – Bolt has a new friend, the child has been entertained and parents are pleased knowing their toddler has been building on important life skills.
We have TWO copies of DuckieDeck Robo Buddies – Children’s Educational Games to give away. Please enter via the Rafflecopter at the bottom of the page.
